Dean has 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, starting his career at Bloomberg in London as a Field Service Engineer before moving into a Technical Account Manager role for Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. He then moved to Trafigura, one of the largest privately-owned commodities trading companies in the world, where he held the position of Global Service Desk Manager and IT Projects Engineer.

Dean has a broad and deep knowledge of infrastructure solutions and service management. He has worked all over the world and travelled extensively.

Dean now has the role of Chief Information Officer at Silverbug where he oversees the running of our global 24/7 service desk. He says his role is to lead, develop, engage and inspire his team to provide the best level of service to every customer, no matter where they are located or what time they call.
